I LOVE these muffins. They are packed with fruit and made with no oil or butter. Just delicious.
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground almond meal
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t cardamon
1/2 milk
1/2 sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup apple sauce
1 cup mixed berries
Mix it all together and bake at 350 for about 22 minutes. Enjoy healthy, sustainable energy!
