Stephanie's yoga classes were a big hit during my pregnancy. I was not doing any exercise and was finding it tough to deal with back pain and some pregnancy blues. But then I followed her classes and did yoga regularly following her instructions and found a great difference... it was very nice doing yoga... my stress level seemed to go down, it felt good for my lower back as well and it gave me strength to spend time with my elder child.

I did yoga with Stephanie before and during my pregnancy. I really enjoyed my yoga classes with her, an excellent teacher. She is awesome! She explains all the poses very well and helps us do them correctly. She is also great in giving us alternatives to decrease or increase the level of difficulty. She listens to our needs. For example, when I was pregnant, she suggested poses which helped relieve pregnancy-related discomfort (eg, sciatic nerve, back pain). I recommend her anytime!
